Dissatisfied and depressed with the monotony of his current job as an investment banker, Steve Nole, a seasoned soul of 41 years, has felt a deep yearning for something more. A growing sense of mild depression and lackluster existence has awash over him.
He arrives at a pivotal decision. Gazing resolutely at the clock, he takes a deep breath and pens his resignation letter, the words of declaration of his intent to seek a new path.
His work colleagues couldn't fathom why Steve would leave a six figure job and tries to disway him. But Steve is determined. He can't take it any longer. He knows he will die regrettably if he does not change his life.
Walking out of the office, a weight lifts from his shoulders, replaced by a sense of anticipation. As he walks out, he sees the souless faces of his fellow prisoners- work colleagues staring at him with a mixture of suprise and intrigue painted across their features, like a canvas of emotions reflecting the ripples caused by his bold decision.
As he makes his way home, he replays the conversation in his mind, a mix of uncertainty and excitement coursing through his veins.
Upon returning to his abode, he seeks solace in the familiar confines of his basement. Settling into a worn-out armchair, he gazes around the dimly lit space, his thoughts a whirlwind of emotions.

All that stands with me is my faithful companion, Wolfie, my beloved dog and this small rented bedroom apartment. I may possess nothing, but in reality, I am rich in dreams.

I have chosen a path less travelled, a path that some may label as foolish. Yet, this path, this adventure, radiates a magnetic pull within my heart. In the face of adversity, I visualize overcoming challenges, and surmounting obstacles that dare stand in my way.
And so, with Wolfie by my side, I step forward into the unknown, but with exhilaration. In this humble rented- bedroom apartment, my dreams will magnetize into reality.
